Carpet Racks

 Engineered Products is the primary supplier of
storage racks to all major carpet manufacturers. Our DurabuiltT carpet racks
are the standard in the industry. Beams and uprights are constructed of heavy
gauge steel, and our welded bed section provides maximum strength and
resistance to forklift impact. The strength of these rigid components allows
greater load capacity, and reduced maintenance costs. Uprights allow vertical
adjustment in 2" increments.
Special design features reduce product damage. All solid decking
is recessed to provide a flush surface. Decking is of particleboard or
fiberboard rather than metal roof decking - which after time and damage creates
sharp metal edges to snag rolls. Our center support beams do not protrude into
the bed below to snag or catch rolls. All exposed edges are rounded. Cantilever
supports can be made narrow to allow sprinklers to run continuously down the
center.
