Palletrak 4500 Pallet Flow

Load bearing capacity is conservatively rated at 300 lbs. static. Inner and outer bearing races are hardened and prelubricated for operation in temperatures ranging from 150° F to -30° F. Standard flow rollers are 1.9" diameter x 9 gauge x 6" long. Roller lengths vary to match specific requirement; a flanged bearing is available to provide load guidance.

Palletrak 4500 Pallet Flow Rails are available in various lengths with rollers mounted as required. Channels are 4 1/4" high x 1 1/8" flange x 12 gauge galvanized. Mounting holes are provided on the bottom flange for easy installation.
